PASTA SALAD RECIPES : SICILIAN PASTA PESTO SALAD


For pasta salad recipes -
Two lbs. ziti, pasta, made

Pesto Sauce:

Two cupfuls freshly basil leaves alone, sliced
1/2 cupful walnut tree or pine nuts (elective)
4-6 big garlic clove* , minced or pushed
1 cupful olive vegetable oil
1 1/4 cupfuls ground Parmesan cheese
3-4 anchovies, mixed (elective)
1/4 teaspoonful smashed red pepper flecks
Pall of black pepper
Salty to taste

Localise the olive oil into a little saucepan add the garlic, red pepper, fretted spelt Parmesan cheese and herbs and spices. Crunch the anchovies into the oil until mixed. Bring in to a simmer for 1 min and at once move out of fire up.

Pour out this mix across made warm pasta, flurry well, and service with bruschetta.
